1. Overview
Bandboard is a software service designed to help bands, tour managers, and teams organize tours, events, and related information.
By accessing or using Bandboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Who can use Bandboard
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bandboard complies with applicable laws.
3. Accounts
To use Bandboard, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- keep your login credentials secure
- notify us if your account is compromised
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Use of the service
You agree to use Bandboard in a lawful and respectful manner.
You must not:
- use the service for illegal purposes
- attempt to access other users' data without permission
- interfere with the operation of the service
- upload harmful or malicious content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Bandboard (events, contacts, notes, budgets, etc.).
By using the service, you grant us a limited right to process and store your data solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Team and shared access
Bandboard allows you to share access with team members.
You are responsible for:
- managing access permissions
- ensuring that invited users are trusted
We are not responsible for data shared with other members of your team.
7. Pricing and payments
Creating an account is free.
Certain features (such as creating and managing a band) require a paid subscription.
Pricing:
- 18 USD per month per band (unless otherwise stated)
- includes unlimited members, projects, and features
Payments are billed on a recurring basis.
We may update pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Bandboard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
- update or modify features
- temporarily suspend access for maintenance
- improve or remove functionality
10. Data loss
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost.
You are responsible for keeping backups of critical information.
11. Limitation of liability
Bandboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- loss of data
- missed events or bookings
- financial loss
- indirect or consequential damages
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these terms
- your use poses a risk to the service or other users
You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
