The reality

You know how it goes.

Half the information is buried in a WhatsApp thread. The other half lives in a spreadsheet only one person can open.

For the tour. For the album. For the residency. Always the same.

The rider is an attachment from three weeks ago. The call time changed — but not for everyone.

You're not disorganized. You just have ten places to check and no time to check them all.

It works. Until it doesn't. Usually right before the show.

The solution

One app. Everyone on the same page.

Every project lives in the same calm, shared space — whether it's a tour, an album, or a residency. The whole band sees the same plan. Not ten versions of it.

01 — Events

Every date, mapped out

Concerts, rehearsals, studio sessions, travel days — address, contacts, schedules and technical notes on one page. Everyone sees the same plan. Nobody guesses the load-in time.

02 — Budget

Know where the money goes

Track fees, expenses and who paid what, project by project. Charges and income sit side by side, so the math is settled before the argument starts.

03 — Tasks

Split the work, skip the reminders

Assign what needs doing and watch it move from todo to done. Everyone sees the same list, so you stop being the band's human reminder app.

04 — Setlist

Setlists your whole team can see

Build the set with keys, tempos and notes, then tweak it right up to soundcheck. Share one version, so the band and the sound tech are finally on the same page.

Everything that holds a project together

Beyond the four modules above, bandboard also handles shared expenses, checklists and notes — so every project truly lives in one place.

What bands are saying

The perfect tool for a mid-sized band — and certainly for larger ones in the future. I use it for everything tour-related as a TM and FOH engineer, and the band can use it beyond that too: planning, organising, and even managing their accounts. All this at an affordable price, with incredibly responsive support.

Bandboard finally gave me an affordable solution to the endless scrolling through group chats. More than just a centralised hub for the essential day-to-day info of a touring band, it's simple to use, human-scale, and a genuine time-saver on the road. I recommend it to anyone looking for a first step into tour management, or an alternative to Big Tech and the industry giants.

A note from the maker

Built by a musician, for musicians.

I built bandboard because I was tired of managing my band through a group chat and a dozen half-finished spreadsheets. For the tour, for the recording, for everything a band prepares. I wanted one calm place where the whole team sees the plan — nothing more. No growth dashboards, no upsells, no noise. Just the project, organized, so we can get back to playing.

Is it free?

BandBoard runs on a per-band subscription. Try it free for 30 days. If you manage multiple bands, each one has its own subscription.

How many members can I invite?

As many as you need. Invite your whole band, your tour manager, your sound engineer — everyone gets their own access.

Can I use it for multiple bands?

Yes. One account lets you manage as many bands as you want, each with its own subscription.

Where is my data stored? Is it secure?

Your data is stored on servers in Europe and protected in accordance with GDPR. We never sell your data.

Does everyone in the band need to sign up?

Yes — each member creates a free account and joins your band via invitation. It only takes a minute.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Setlists, budgets, and event sheets can be exported to PDF, Excel, or Word — ready to share or print.

Do we need to be a professional band?

Not at all. BandBoard is built for any band that tours or rehearses regularly — whether you play arenas or small clubs.
